What is the best part about your compensation package?

compensation package is one of the best in the market today.

The high pension matching program

I think there's something everyone can live with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not at levels as other similar positions.

better compensation for work load

Listen to the people that have been around a while!

My manager told me I got my vacation time paid out if I left, but failed to mention that, for payout, your vacation time has to be accrued.

Structure the business so it's easier to navigate. Current structure is ridiculous.

I get treated bad by upper management and I have more experience. I do more than they do and get paid less.

Making clerk position full time faster just like elevator position as well as pay.

When your universal know how to do everything you should be showed appreciation.

Because they talk about no discrimination but when they have to pay they remember that you live in a third world country and give you a very discriminational salary!

Because it is a trial period and salary is half.

+ 35 - 40 % sallary

I just feel like they can pay better for the amount of profit is made

Higher salary for the work I do.

I work harder than is required of me even work short staffed and still get treated as tho I need to do better. I would say just doing the job that im assigned to and not expected to work the job of 3 people with no mistakes

I believe the medical checkup program will be help employee and increase the participation of bonus results

Bonus for all employees. People at the plants work a lot more than people at the office.

I make awful money while the ceo and management make way more than their fair share.

13 month salary and leave allowance should be included in benefits
