My manager told me I got my vacation time paid out if I left, but failed to mention that, for payout, your vacation time has to be accrued.
Structure the business so it's easier to navigate. Current structure is ridiculous.

Because they talk about no discrimination but when they have to pay they remember that you live in a third world country and give you a very discriminational salary!
