What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Everything. They all think it's just a game

Everything in the work place

Being leaders and not bosses

Understanding that safety is paramount not productivity. The only reason this company is profitable is because of it's employees not management. People should come before profit.

Putting people in positions that can do the job and be great leaders, not just managers, and not just to try and make themselves look good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Not at levels as other similar positions.

better compensation for work load

Listen to the people that have been around a while!

My manager told me I got my vacation time paid out if I left, but failed to mention that, for payout, your vacation time has to be accrued.

Structure the business so it's easier to navigate. Current structure is ridiculous.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

We work great together, only need to improve on experience but no one stays long because they hate there managers.

The improvement was us helping each other who wanted to learn

Review from Operations Dept

More people and newer equipment.

No clue they all lie and cheat the system as.much as possible

They need to be more thorough in the pre-work they do for a project before asking for changes to be made

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Open to try new things and approaches. Future thinking instead of short term focus. Set up a vision and ambition.

Fill all positions and not run skeleton crews

Work harder to get good employees and do better with the ones you have.

Productivity/profits before safety needs to stop. Your employees are the reason you have profits.

Review from Operations Dept

Safety first and teamwork second.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Most managers already know who they want to hire, so interviewing someone when they know you are not going to get the job is a waste of time and is a very negative experience.

Get someone who knows how to interview and not lie about what to expect

The online portion of it is confusing and dumb

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Going around asking the employees are they okay let them know you got there back no matter the problems.

Review from Operations Dept

Almost everything is going wrong, most of the stuff are not working properly. The managers, are asking for things that cannot happen instantly. But they want them right on the moment.

Certain plants are being neglected.

Everything is going wrong right now

Senior team must stop the crap and be more efficient

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Better communication would be immensely helpful. lack of vertical communication leads to leaders making uninformed decisions
