Customer service is a joke
Adt needs to listen to its employees. The company is so inefficient
Set a solid plan of growth other than growth by acquisition. Respect employees and clients. Understand without either you are going to fail.

The business model is horrid but the actual service is a good thing. Retool the profit margin to allow a bit of loss to retain business.
