The executive is clueless about how the field actually works
Diversity. Bunch of old white men with archaic ideas that govern based on fear and intimidation that spreads throughout middle management.
The ability to be reasonable and understanding with out constant negativity. Having a manager spend one day a month in the field seeing the conditions and working with a tech to give them some understanding.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its pretty good coming from my previous jobs
401k with 5% match even if not contributing maximum.
I love that we have so many different options in terms of plans to choose from

Compensation, including the bonus. Also a great amount of vacation time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase base salaries for employees and introduce stock
How technician are mistreated along with customers

pay is low, bonus is good. no equity unless you are a Director. benefits are trash.
Compensation is well below other industries, field employees are paid poorly while the company is top heavy with VPs

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My teammates who are just as frustrated as I. I would do anything for them. Especially by risking my job to let someone at corporate know how bad Miami territory is with permitting, inspectons, field ops. Many corrections revisions mistakes, So many angry customers. They try everything except hiring

Customer service is a joke
Adt needs to listen to its employees. The company is so inefficient
Set a solid plan of growth other than growth by acquisition. Respect employees and clients. Understand without either you are going to fail.
