ADT employees take short cuts because of the policies that are in place which is a trickle effect that hurts other employees trying to do their job and ultimately harming the customer.
They know our products very well and all of the rest of team member seek their advice on what up.

Great group of guys with varying levels of expertise
Its not possible to rate all my team as one. Some are awesome and have come to lend a hand even if management does not assign them the job. Others play the system and refuse to do difficult jobs leaving a handful of guys to to the majority of the harder work.
