What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring at all about employees

The executive is clueless about how the field actually works

Diversity. Bunch of old white men with archaic ideas that govern based on fear and intimidation that spreads throughout middle management.

The ability to be reasonable and understanding with out constant negativity. Having a manager spend one day a month in the field seeing the conditions and working with a tech to give them some understanding.
