What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support and great casuee to work every day
My teammates who are just as frustrated as I. I would do anything for them. Especially by risking my job to let someone at corporate know how bad Miami territory is with permitting, inspectons, field ops. Many corrections revisions mistakes, So many angry customers. They try everything except hiring

The encouragement and motivation from leadership is great however the ADT policies and standards/metrics for employees are ridiculous.
