What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement and motivation from leadership is great however the ADT policies and standards/metrics for employees are ridiculous.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I loved my training managers they were great, the problems lie within ADT policies and unrealistic standards for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
ADT employees take short cuts because of the policies that are in place which is a trickle effect that hurts other employees trying to do their job and ultimately harming the customer.
