Most of the managers locally have worked their way up from inside. That helps alot

Its nice to have the backing of managers and site directors. I know I have support
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are very few negative people that stick around. Some minor complaining but nothing that brings down a whole group
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very tight knit and help each other every day. No one believes they are too good to help
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am hourly so I get unlimited OT, pay is fair for work being done and a lot of incentives are offered for additional hours worked
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was done by floor managers who know what the day to day job entails. They asked questions specific to events to see if you can do it.
