Commission structure is terrible. Product is overpriced which affects sales, customer service is terrible which affects sales

The culture is horrible. Management only concerned with numbers. Management does not care about the employees or clients.

It was simple. Received more calls from my recruiter than I did interviews. 1 phone interview and I was hired.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Set a solid plan of growth other than growth by acquisition. Respect employees and clients. Understand without either you are going to fail.
