When I get a sale early in my shift it incentivizes me to hustle and challenge myself

It was more casual than I expected, so that took some of the butterflies in the stomach feeling away
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been working here for over 5 years with no raise in my commission. I get paid on commission only, and I make the same now as in my first month.
