Less negativity from management and more management involvement.
Different environment every day and generally people are good.
The ability to be reasonable and understanding with out constant negativity. Having a manager spend one day a month in the field seeing the conditions and working with a tech to give them some understanding.
Its not possible to rate all my team as one. Some are awesome and have come to lend a hand even if management does not assign them the job. Others play the system and refuse to do difficult jobs leaving a handful of guys to to the majority of the harder work.
