Diversity. Bunch of old white men with archaic ideas that govern based on fear and intimidation that spreads throughout middle management.

The ability to be reasonable and understanding with out constant negativity. Having a manager spend one day a month in the field seeing the conditions and working with a tech to give them some understanding.

Adt needs to listen to its employees. The company is so inefficient

Set a solid plan of growth other than growth by acquisition. Respect employees and clients. Understand without either you are going to fail.
