good profit sharing and bonus program

As a director of operations, i make significantly less than others in my role inside and outside of the organization

Impossible to earn bonus in specific stores

Company used to have solid bonus plan, now your entire division's numbers play into it, so even if you do well you're hindered. Which is hard to do in an INDUSTRY that has been down for a bit. Entry hourly wage is essentially minimum wage. The raise with a promotion is not worth the promotion
