When i was aloud to perform my job duties without fear of retaliation, this was my sanctuary and now i fear going to work due to im not allowed too be a boss and do my job effectively, which is hurting this center and your company mission!.. my Reputation has been destroyed by lies and manipulation!

Care about your employees at the bottom levels. Listen to them. Instead we are given enough work (the same amount of work to do per day that existed for years) and then always given new things to do on a weekly/daily basis without removing any other tasks, adding manpower, etc All. The. Time.
