Everyone, including my leaders, is doing the best they can. I do not sense ill will. Upper echelon leaders are often out of touch with the workload being placed on their teams.

My overall experience is positive because I work hard to maintain a positive perspective. However, I do not feel fairly compensated for the amount of value that I bring. Leadership at multiple levels do a poor job of advocating for those under them and the needs that continue to be communicated.

Satisfying. I'm happy with this company and my job. I receive recognition when I'm doing well and valuable feedback when I'm making mistakes. I genuinely enjoy being a part of this team.
