Care about my career growth or development
being more inclusive with workers that do not work at a desk. Start making us feel valued for the contributions we make to completing the goals of the company.
Clearly envision and set up a production area before attempting to produce an aircraft.
Communicating across the entire organization within the division. Information is not being properly disseminated to the lowest level. The push for standardized processes is not adequately supported. Not enough time and resources are invested in proper implementation of systems such as new ERP.

Should be compensated more for the amount of work I am doing, and I wish more professional development was offered and company offered higher 401k match
I push hard to learn everything I can and be an asset to the team. Take time to train employees and sign off inspections. What would make me feel better would to be treated like everyone else when it comes to getting a raise. Management should want to retain their top employees.
Falling behind the pay scale of both personnel in similar functions in my area and benefits are less inviting than almost all similar organizations.
Pay raises have only kept up with CPI inflation rate.
Being depolyed I dont get overtime, PTO, Holiday pay
everyone willing to help out other sections

My current teammate does not speak to me. Leadership in my site lead is amazing as well as my director. My Program manger is MIA all the time and does not come see us or communicate.

My work environment lacks professionalism and is driven by senority
My coworkers are overworked with limited resources in critical programs. Not enough program managers, project managers, project controllers, and finance support for the level of required effort put forth by senior leadership.
They don't really seem to care much about the department or the mission of the company. None of us really speak to each other so that could improve as well.
None of my coworkers want to work here either and complain about pay, responsibilities, and overall team energy, effort, etc. It's a depressing environment overall.
We have some difficult personalities to work with, which ruin everyone's moral.
Majority of everyone are veterans

The most positive is my direct supervisor and her management style.

although bad, shared suffrage has built strong core groups within my team

AEVEX puts the employee first and does their best to bring us together since most of the Growth team is remote.

The friendliness of everyone. Being able to speak with anyone, regardless of rank or position.

Company culture does not exist as a contractor. We are local to San Diego like the company but no one comes to visit us from Salona but maybe once a year.

Move to Slack. It's the greatest communication platform for transparency.
I dont work with anyone as a deployed personal, every one I work with is SNC
reminds me of high school culture it is very cliquey and if your not in a group you feel like an outsider
Improve HR services, improve work environment, improve communication from leadership
It probably varies depending on the specific job or program that you're on, but in my case, the initial interview was a very relaxed and informal chat with the program manager. He basically told me on the spot that he intended to hire me. A second interview was done with HR "as a formality".
I like how my work style and personality was rated and assigned a graph. Very cool.
We invest a lot of time in the interview process and ensuring we are hiring people that are a good fit for both the role and the culture.
Review from HR Dept
Interviewing, at least the first stages, is the same standardized format for everyone from admin to C suite. It's reassuring that everyone is treated fairly, and with the same experience with the hiring managers.

Travel is very important to me, yet opportunities for it are scarce in this role. The same is true for training; outside of position-specific requirements, there are few avenues for professional development. Leadership opportunities are also limited
incentives and pay increases will be nice so we don't have to worry about money, bill and second jobs
Employee appreciation for workers on the shop floor and eliminate the divide between office workers and shop floor employees.
It feels like walking into a slaughter house every day. We have watched some of the best and brightest being pulled from actively working to be discarded like trash. Most of them immediately after making mountains move to complete a mission.
Senior leadership continually creates conditions for program failure that require extraordinary effort to manage, mitigate, or correct. High degree of persistent task oversaturation forcing team to accept substandard solutions in order to maintain schedules and task volume/throughput. Fix = Hire
