My enviroment when i worked for afni was humbled decent atmosphere respectful

the pay is decent enough

They send out daily jokes to help ease our day

Comfortable atmosphere and syrroundings as well as ways to make you more comfortable.

Where I work, while not physically stressful, it gets a bit busy, working with multiple clients through the day. It's easy work, regardless.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Sitting in a tiny cubicle all day, no windows, no color. Can't have anything at your desk. Very depressing, feels like a prison
