Good performance is always noticed and commended. Opportunities are presented and provided for by our leadership for people who are doing really well.
They are approachable and invested in our growth and development.
They are fair and easy to work with, in my department. In general leadership here seems to work very hard to make sure it's worker are happy

Everything. They utilize malicious practices and do not care at all about fraud.
Yes due they don't have any cosideration towards there agent.
Be more attentive to their employees when they need help/assistance.
The same thing that every corporate "leader" needs to get better at, understanding that we are human beings and our lives matter to us

Not shoving sales down our throats all the time to the point where they dont care about the customer service side of things
