I am able to develop myself in an international scenario and high compensation, unfortunately as a Brazilian I have no rights for PTO's and holidays counts as a non work day, you may stay on sabbatical periods (no compensation) when switching projects, other than that my overall experience is great.
They treat me with care. They respect my opinions and yet push me to improve. This company respects me and my work. They know about my competence and they let me do it. Most importantly, they don't waste my time. I feel evaluated and compensated in the right amount. I feel free and responsible.
