What did you like most about the interview process?They let me get comfortable, yet they asked the right questions to make sure I had experience and wasn't just playing a role. This not only made me feel I deserved the job but also gave me confidence I could do anything because I was the right fit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?They give you freedom. Not pushing me into situations I would not like to be, but always suggesting for the best. They are fair and clear. They make the connection between coworkers natural.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are self-managed on a daily basis so we are responsible for our actions, but we know we can rely on the expertise of our company friends whenever needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The main problem is that they don't listen or do not care about what people say. The channels for communication are so complicated that you feel like you're talking to a wall.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I would recommend that they prioritize matters consistently raised, such as benefits and a capable HR, over extravagant parties and unexpected events.
