What is the best part about your compensation package?

Monthly compensation and benefits like Equipment Budget

For me, the standout feature of the compensation package is the competitive salary. While benefits might not be as strong, the attractive salary certainly stands out.

They have high wages that put them on top of the market

It's what I requested and it was delivered.

Compensation is good enough, benefits is only trainings the most interesting thing. They don't pay PTO or vacations.
