Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is good, but if you get sick, or need to take a day off, you are not paid. Don't mention vacations.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I would recommend that they prioritize matters consistently raised, such as benefits and a capable HR, over extravagant parties and unexpected events.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Honestly, people are not allowed to share information about the company, and once you get in, you see that everything is far from how they picture it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The main problem is that they don't listen or do not care about what people say. The channels for communication are so complicated that you feel like you're talking to a wall.
