After buy out they created an elaborate pay/rewards structure based on random growth projections by lord knows who. All stick no carrot. They made a massive bloated mid management team and theres been zero sales in the division. I guess our pay got cut to support that.
Compared to others the pay is not fair
They steal commisions from hard working reps.
Executives who know nothing about the medical field .I will fill better as soon as I leave.
Corporate is becoming bloated but no growth or raises over 10% for field teams.
