Realistic expectations and workplace productivity

Agilit is to top heavy with worthless people. Get rid of half of them and stop wasting money on worthless endeavors.

Making themselves known...almost one year in to this merge and I've never met or spoken to any leadership above my manager.

Less responsibilities or more pay for current responsibilities.

Better quality benefits.... as well as bonuses..which were also removed from our compensation package after the merge

Just some support and acknowledgement of a good job.

After buy out they created an elaborate pay/rewards structure based on random growth projections by lord knows who. All stick no carrot. They made a massive bloated mid management team and theres been zero sales in the division. I guess our pay got cut to support that.

Get rid of the mismanagement. Hire better people. Pay those who excel.

Hire competent leadership and listen to the employees who do the actual work and know what they need to succeed in their work

The ceo during his last call show stated theres alot of people unhappy with comp and pay structure. But its not his company so he cant do anything about it. So there you go, improvment? I guess at the end of the day a little empathy would be a start.
