What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission structure was manageable and fair.
the support for sure, but I dont use
generous bonus structure based both on employee performance and company goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They treat physical recovery side like a joke. The entire camp was focused on SaaS... even though that was not we were supposed to be focusing on.
