They treat physical recovery side like a joke. The entire camp was focused on SaaS... even though that was not we were supposed to be focusing on.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Far more knowledge and experience than the managers. They own their errors, and are not looking to blame others for mistakes.

Highly collaborative and we've improved our team communications and processes

We've invested in insights training to learn each others communication styles which has improved our trust and communications

Collaborative, supportive, fun, and team driven. They are the best reason to come to work!
