How does Airbnb handle HR issues?View AllThey do not do anything. There were multiple complaints about my manager regarding too much overtime, too many hours, and expectations of weekend work. He was 'contacted' yet nothing changed. They are so concerned with their 'diverse' culture that no one will be fired in fear they may offend. Bottom line is it was a bad boss and had nothing to do with his race/orientation/gender/etc.
