Treating people with basic dignity and respect.
Irrelevant. CEO is a angry basketcase. His henchmen ar cowards. They dont care.
Coaching and developing people. Focusing on long-term. Letting people do their work without looking over their shoulder.
Leadership. In every facet of the imagination. Not insulting and belittling employees, much better strategies, and create an inclusive environment for employees to want to stay here long term.

Lots of internal trauma bonding
Co-workers are, by and large, talented, hard-working people.
The SDR team is well organized and probably the only positive culture add in the company
While our team is small, it's growing. We are all relatively new and working toward a common goal - succeeding. One thing that I love about startups and is prevalent at Aisera is that everyone has a "work hard, play hard" mentality - nobody is just waiting around to retire as you see in corporate.

CEO & CRO need to leave the organization. They are truly the most toxic individuals that have no idea what they are doing.
