Mr. Brandon S. Pedersen, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of Virgin America Inc. since December 14, 2016. Mr. Pedersen has been the Chief Financial Officer of Alaska Airlines,Inc., and Alaska Air Group, Inc., since June 2010. Mr. Pedersen has been an Executive Vice President of Finance at Alaska Airlines,Inc., and Alaska Air Group, Inc., since May 2014. Mr. Pedersen serves as Chief Financial Officer of Horizon Air Industries, Inc., and has been its Executive Vice President of Finance since May 2014. He served as Vice President of Finance at Horizon Air Industries, Inc. and Alaska Air Group, Inc. until May 2014. Mr. Pedersen served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Alaska Airlines Inc., a subsidiary of Alaska Air Group Inc. and also served as its Controller since 2006. He served as Vice President of Finance of Alaska Airlines Inc. from 2006 to June 2010. Previously, he served as Controller of Alaska Air Group Inc. since 2006 until June 2010 and as its Vice President of Finance since 2006 with responsibility for accounting, payroll, tax, financial reporting and investor relations. He served as Staff Vice President of Finance of Alaska Air Group Inc. and Alaska Airlines Inc. Mr. Pedersen joined Alaska Air Group in 2003 after a successful career in public accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
