What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not treating employees at peons, and being kinder. Lots of gossiping and bad attitudes.
Communication and the way they choose to get their points across. Cut the favoritism.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Travling flexability coverage is always easy

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Short staffed creates more work for us.
Lower than average compensation. The perks help offset this some
if it was a set pay and not an incentive that gets taken away because of ONE POINT!

Amazing group loving and willing to help
My coworkers are like family
Everyone works well together for common goals and are willing to go the extra mile for each other
The teamwork the company showed as a whole prior to covid hitting and so many people never coming back after being left jobless.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Department lacks vision and purposes. It is a hierarchical and competitive environment

Stop hiring anything with arms and legs... ACTUALLY LOOK FOR GOOD QUALITY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Y'all know where the errors are and continuously overlook it, thats the problem. Temporary fixes are not long term, the company needs better leadership as a whole. The company is so toxic
