Mr. Kyle B. Levine has been Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Alaska Air Group, Inc., since January 1, 2016 and is its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Levine has been Vice President of Legal and General Counsel at Alaska Air Group, Inc., and Alaska Airlines, Inc., since January 1, 2016. He served as the Managing Director of Legal at Alaska Air Group, Inc., and Alaska Airlines, Inc., from February 2011 to January 1, 2016 and served as its Assistant Corporate Secretary from February 2014 to January 1, 2016. Mr. Levine joined Alaska Air Group, Inc. in 2006 and served as its Deputy General Counsel from February 2011 to January 1, 2016. He worked for the Nixon Peabody law firm in its San Francisco office, where he was part of the aviation products liability litigation team. He is a member of the California State Bar. Mr. Levine earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stanford University, a law degree from Southern Methodist University.
