Mr. Peggy Willingham serves as Managing Director of Human Capital Strategy at Alaska Air Group Inc. Mr. Willingham served as Managing Director of Strategy Management of Alaska Air Group Inc. since April 2008 until March 2015. Mr. Willingham works with Alaska Air Group's Executive Committee and other officers to oversee execution of corporate strategy and key initiatives. Mr. Willingham, who joined Alaska Airlines in 1990 and served as its Risk Management Specialist and served as Director of ground safety and environmental affairs, Director of Alaska Air Group's Project Management Office and Director of strategic planning.
