Mr. Troy Kaser has been Managing Director of E-Commerce at Alaska Airlines, Inc. since June 15, 2016. Mr. Kaser served as Managing Director of Customer Systems at Alaska Airlines, Inc. since August 21, 2013 until June 2016. He served as Managing Director of IT Customer Systems at Alaska Air Group, Inc. He served as Chief Technology Officer of AutoQuake Limited. A 14-year veteran in ecommerce and mobile technology, Mr. Kaser previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Expedia and Vice President of Technology at Groundspeak. He served as Senior Director of European Product Development at Expedia's properties. He pioneered Expedia's software development team in London, which became an important technology and talent innovation center. He also co-founded Fitropolis.com. Mr. Kaser earned a bachelor's degree at Florida State University.
