CEO is alwas some scumbag that makes to mutch

leadership lining their own pockets while their employees are left in the cold. leadership taking credit for the work employees do

executive leadership, upper management, middle management and first line supervisors only care about profit.....NOTHING else

decline in accountability for employees - too much emphasis on blaming the supervisors rather than take responsibility for management's past mistakes

We are chasing our tails, because we don't have the right stuff to work with we have to improvise then go back and change everything we did before. Its ridiculous, wast of time and on a safety note your running fork trucks twice as much and you n day shift it get very crowded with traffic in the mil

The machine shop general manager has no idea what he is doing when managing a machine shop. Besides, he has an attitude that he is better than everyone else. He says some people "are beneath him."
