It was my insentive on the sale of TRAVATAN and VIGAMOX launching . When I resigned due to my father's illness and further studies the management of Alcon including HR department came to local alcon office and really it was honour for me to fare well me professionally.

Hire people for talent so that people who work dont get overworked.
Favoritism is everywhere with the leadership team
getting paid fairly, salaries are below the mid point of the salary range.
Scarifying personal time on public holiday, weekends, night time to work but not always can get a replacement leave from manager. Worked hard but only received average ratings and increment. Manager can rate based on perception and own preference instead of actual kpi met.

I don't get paid enough for what I do. Get paid more.
I am in Canada. It would be nice to have the same benefits as our USA counterparts. Our medical benefits need upgrading too.
