When everyone on your team leaves due to a bad manager, you would think it would be a red flag. The director even stated she is analytical but agreed she is not a people person. He said that he could train her to have those skills. Really??? Is that why the entire team is gone?

A fairly new company, there are some structural and management shifts to maneuver, but all in all, love it.

Growing really fast with a great north star mission and ability to attract talent. Some growing pains to be sure, but always moving forward.

Aledade is a young, fun, motivated company with great growth potential for the staff and offices who we support. I am personally held to a high standard by my mgr that I want to attain.

Hiring the right people for management roles, or train your managers and hold them accountable for fostering positive team dynamics. Also, create a clear structure for employee feedback about managers.

I can't say there is one thing better than the other as they are all great benefits.

The company, the people really do care. They don't just talk about culture, diversity and health but they ask questions, they aren't afraid of the uncomfortable conversations and its not a "do as I say and not as I do." They believe and stand behind what they say, they stand behind the promise.

You have the resources, tools, training and access to the best. Minimal supervision as they hire and build trust with the teams to do the right thing consistently.

By creating an environment where people feel empowered to speak up, share ideas, and even express concerns without fear of retaliation. Leadership sets the tone, so when managers are held accountable for how they treat and support their teams, it can transform the culture.

The recruiter was nice and helpful. The process took extremely long.

I would do it all again in a heartbeat

I came to the company with the knowledge and the mission in mind that we wanted and were working towards the same goals. It makes the interview process much easier where you have clear defined goals and roles established.
