I can't say there is one thing better than the other as they are all great benefits.

Our team is diverse, driven and engaged. The diversity allows us to hear and listen one another. Being driven gives us the opportunity to encourage and support one another in our professional and personal lives. The engagement is amazing and you feel like a part of something.

You have the resources, tools, training and access to the best. Minimal supervision as they hire and build trust with the teams to do the right thing consistently.
By creating an environment where people feel empowered to speak up, share ideas, and even express concerns without fear of retaliation. Leadership sets the tone, so when managers are held accountable for how they treat and support their teams, it can transform the culture.

I came to the company with the knowledge and the mission in mind that we wanted and were working towards the same goals. It makes the interview process much easier where you have clear defined goals and roles established.
