One area for improvement I noticed was in team collaboration and communication. At times, the workflow felt siloed, and there wasn’t always a shared sense of responsibility or open dialogue among team members. For example, in our senior roles—especially in Practice Transformation it is imperat

By creating an environment where people feel empowered to speak up, share ideas, and even express concerns without fear of retaliation. Leadership sets the tone, so when managers are held accountable for how they treat and support their teams, it can transform the culture.
