Working at Algolia has been a complete 180 from my previous role. The leadership CARES and is constantly making an effort to check in with employee mental health and satisfaction and encourage/promote/guide growth

The team is the best part. When you work with great people, it's difficult not to enjoy your day. Work will always be work, but people make the place!
