Their transparency and dedication to the customers. I haven't seen many execs jumping on customers call before, and that is a nice change.

They're smart, passionate and always looking for ways to help each other. They are also great people and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them!

Alan is ont of the best health insurances I have seen, and I really appreciate Leeto offers aswell. The compensation itself is fair and in line with the market.

How close they really are to the field; I know I can reach out to them and they are always happy to jump on a call or meet a customer.

Transparency and openness; I appreciate that Bernadette gives the value training herself and is always very approchable, tries to remember everyone's name. Similar experience with several execs when coming to the Paris office.

People are smart, hard working and willing to learn, grow, and support everyone on the team. We are really customer obsessed and always trying to find the best solution for the customer, which create a high sense of trust at the end of the road.
