This is bar none, the best job I've ever had. The people who work here make me happy to come into work. Challenging work is easy when you love the people you're doing it with.

Salary is excellent but I'm most pleased with my fully covered heath insurance. Its an excellent plan.

They keep open communication with us and allow us to ask questions and answer them in a transparent way.

Everyone's incredibly kind to each other, we all want the best for each other. It's not a competition, we support each other.

Everyone's friendly and here to help each other. It sounds corny but its actually the case here. People will help you whenever you need it.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and my manager, they all make it a fun place to learn and contribute. I love the work I do but without my team being as incredible as they are it wouldn't matter.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually create the culture from the top down. That actually reward their employees for good work and make the work life balance easy to achieve. They compensated us well and given us the extra day off to relax and recharge with the wellness days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The care value is actually practiced. I say actually because so many company's say they care when their actions show they clearly do not. People do care about your experience at the company as a whole and within your department. The people at this company prioritized my happiness from day one.
