I like human attitude, values of Algolia, people being open, friendly and willing to help. I like office premises, the environment. Work here is dynamic, things change extremely fast and the work can be very dynamic and intense, sometimes uncomfortably... We should improve processes, control system

I think I should be paid more monthly (when taking into account what all I do)

I mean, for me it is still "only" work and I find more things more important - friends, family, hobbies I am passionate about

I have been covering 2 positions and I would like to get paid for both positions - or let's say for all I have been doing, so it is fair.

I mean, I have been overworked and am afraid that the fact that I have been covering two posts - will be forgotten and not appreciated. It has been intense and I need break, support and to feel it is appreciated and noted - by words but also financially. My line manager has been changing second time
