When I get to nerd out with really brilliant people about great tech and/or innovative ideas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This is an unrealistic binary question. There is no job that I would be excited to do everyday under late-stage capitalism. There is nothing the company can do about this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly, they are all such amazing, holistic leaders. No one is hyper-fixated on their own craft, but instead has strong expertise in a range of topics so we can have smart conversations about what is best for the business, not just 1 team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a sizable group that is more interested in discussing their feelings than the work, our craft, or the business. I'm not particularly interested in every meeting becoming their own personal group therapy session. I want to focus on how we collaborate to do great things.
