I'm ashamed that a company that manages payroll and benefits for so many other companies isn't in the top 50 companies for employee benefits.

Very close-knit like an extended family. Genuinely concerned about each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that in today's market we should be compensated better. I think our employee benefits should be the model for the world.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have a clear direction of where the company should be going. Extremely focused on delivering the highest quality products and services to our clients.
