Well lit, free coffee machine -bring your own mug-, occasionally higher-ups might try an employee engagement game, but who has the time to dress up their pet and take pictures. Some managers actually say thank you for getting stuff done, that's nice.

I am a virtual employee. The company allows me the opportunity to be virtual which is convenient for me. As a virtual employee, the company has special meetings for us to make us feel part of a team.
