They seem to have a clear direction of where the company should be going. Extremely focused on delivering the highest quality products and services to our clients.

Constantly innovating to bring new ideas to market

It's possible to actually message some of them on MS Teams, and they make a point to be civil, if not pleasant. But prepare to be told to go back to your tools and not have your question directly addressed a lot. If you get one higher up who will answer you clearly, you're lucky.

My immediate leadership is phenomenal. They are supportive, transparent and eager to give me the resources to succeed. The executive leadership team's focus is on cost cutting regardless of the impacts.

Our leadership team keeps us up to date on latest news via Town Hall meetings, our intranet site is updated weekly and important information is sent via email.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, transparency, building a trusting culture and not stack ranking colleagues

Communicating with employees not only when the employee has done sonething wrong but overing support to employees in need

Stop lying. They lie about everything. Lack even a minimal level of integrity. Aon brought in the "if you don't get caught it ain't illegal" culture.

Addressing and mitigating the constant employment turnover at this company. Improved compensation and benefits would go a long way with that.

Matching the market compensation rate for all positions. All talk about employees matter but minimal action.

Communication and clarity of business direction and honesty with transparency. Moves they are doing are clearly focused on cutting cost. They are asking less seasoned people to do more while taking away key resources causing service road blocks.
