Supportive, encouraging, everyone works hard

Everyone on my team backs each other up and when things come up, we tackle as a team. We avoid finger pointing and approach all issues as a learning experience and determine how we can support each other better.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers aren't the problem. ALL company issues start at the top.

Collaboration, overall vision of the org instead of only focusing on themselevs.

Not put up with the lying from management and call them out on it. They will not and just put up with it because they are scared.

If we could get on board and provide the same level of customer care. Some coworkers do fine and go a little beyond for full counseling, others do the absolute minimum and guarantee an angry callback or returned case that someone *else* has to deal with.

There is not much engagement between. People are not genuine. Just keeping up face to keep their jobs.
