What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

The team values the skills of the current workforce and finds ways to utilize those talents outside of the current role.

Focussed and strategy-driven team with transparent communication channels.

Great group of people. Dependable. I can go to them any time I need something without judgement

The best managers ever. Thanks

Leadership team is attempting to understand where the market is going, and anticipating client's needs and wants.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Communication, transparency, building a trusting culture and not stack ranking colleagues

Communicating with employees not only when the employee has done sonething wrong but overing support to employees in need

Stop lying. They lie about everything. Lack even a minimal level of integrity. Aon brought in the "if you don't get caught it ain't illegal" culture.

Addressing and mitigating the constant employment turnover at this company. Improved compensation and benefits would go a long way with that.

Matching the market compensation rate for all positions. All talk about employees matter but minimal action.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Fair pay for the role

Salary is good. Mental health and parental leave could be better.

Insurance and gratuity is good

Stock in the company when successful

Good salary, solid benefits, additional perks for managers, directors and above

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

It's not about compensation, it's about respect and not being lied to. Even when you catch them in a lie, they say "they had to".

Higher pay and more opportunities for advancement

Raises need to be given fairly. I know entry level jobs sometimes pay more than more experienced team members

I think that in today's market we should be compensated better. I think our employee benefits should be the model for the world.

I dont think our salaries are competitive.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

My team is great at helping one another

Leadership gives praise where praise is due.

Energetic and engaged team. High potential colleagues who are able to make visible differences to processes and client deliverables.

Very team oriented. I know I can go to most of them any time I need something

We coordinate during our activities

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

My coworkers aren't the problem. ALL company issues start at the top.

Collaboration, overall vision of the org instead of only focusing on themselevs.

Not put up with the lying from management and call them out on it. They will not and just put up with it because they are scared.

If we could get on board and provide the same level of customer care. Some coworkers do fine and go a little beyond for full counseling, others do the absolute minimum and guarantee an angry callback or returned case that someone *else* has to deal with.

There is not much engagement between. People are not genuine. Just keeping up face to keep their jobs.

Review from Operations Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Colleagues are able to converse with one another in a positive way.

Inclusive of all back grounds

Many of us still have the mindset of Satisfying Work Environment and Benefit of the Doubt. Asking questions and learning more is highly encouraged. We all make mistakes, but it's important to learn from them and be transparent about it.

Review from Operations Dept

Working together helping each other

Colleagues are collaborative and want to help one another

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Hard to say. So many problems. Different approach to management and communication to employees

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

The interviewer had great interpersonal skills

No stupid behavioral questions that have nothing to do with the actual work.

It was easy and quick and was able to be done online

It was fantastic and so interesting

I really didn't have an interview.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Management is filled with dishonest liars. More they lie and shove people under the bus, the more they advnce.

Lack of training and cohesion low pay

Margins of business is getting thinner with competition. In a bad situation. Offshoring work is ridiculous and causes negative impact to quality.

Review from Operations Dept

Culture of fear, lack of innovation
