Great lengths to avoid being accused of age discrimination. Hired a bunch of people in India just to lay them off to prove they laid off all ages, not just older workers. Clearly wanting to reduce their medical insurance overhead. Reported illegal activity by one of their clients but not secure.

Management is filled with dishonest liars. More they lie and shove people under the bus, the more they advnce.

It's not about compensation, it's about respect and not being lied to. Even when you catch them in a lie, they say "they had to".
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop lying. They lie about everything. Lack even a minimal level of integrity. Aon brought in the "if you don't get caught it ain't illegal" culture.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not put up with the lying from management and call them out on it. They will not and just put up with it because they are scared.
