Hard to say. So many problems. Different approach to management and communication to employees
There is not much engagement between. People are not genuine. Just keeping up face to keep their jobs.
Margins of business is getting thinner with competition. In a bad situation. Offshoring work is ridiculous and causes negative impact to quality.
Pay is under compare to competition. Virtual part of work is what makes little bit better but COVID caused this to be less advantageous. Good employees are leaving in droves
Communication and clarity of business direction and honesty with transparency. Moves they are doing are clearly focused on cutting cost. They are asking less seasoned people to do more while taking away key resources causing service road blocks.
